Passionate Counselling Professional
Over the last 30 years, I have supported my clients to overcome their obstacles, helping them to be their authentic selves.
Fully qualified, I’ve been successfully coaching and counselling clients, facilitating their self-growth.
During these years, I have worked with a diverse client base, spending many years, training to work with people. I have learned much about the uniqueness of individuals.
I am a highly empathic person and believe in treating people with respect and dignity. I will not judge or tell you what to do. I will let you be the guide, whilst I use my skills to support you towards where you want to be.
I have had further individual training with Cruse in Loss and Bereavement and in Coaching. I have attended many workshops and training events aimed at helping individuals to progress and move forward.
I am a registered member (MBACP) of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. They are a professional body in the UK, that regulates counselling and psychological therapy provision.
I have worked with my clients on various issues. I have a keen interest in working with Anxiety, Bereavement, Loss, Bullying, Self Esteem, Family, Relationship and Work related issues.
I work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice, which sets the standards for ethical counselling & psychotherapeutic practice.
I have studied over many years and am fully qualified holding:-
CPCAB Level 2 in Counselling Skills
CPCAB Level 3 in Counselling Skills
Professional Level 5 Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling.
